  The replacement Quick Release Plate for FD-01 Four-Way Head from Sirui has a convertible 1/4″-20 & 3/8″-16 screw that threads into the camera via its D-ring mechanism. The anti-slip rubber surface at the top of the plate grips the camera. Therefore, it prevents the camera from moving when it’s part of the body. The plate is also compatible with most Arca-type heads on the market.
