WarrantyAll Sirui products come with a 6-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. A warranty card is included with each product. Warranty RepairsSIRUI products that are purchased in Canada from our authorized retailers must be sent back to the store of purchase for service. We suggest that you contact the retailer first before sending the product back. For SIRUI products purchased directly from our warehouse or our online store, please e-mail [email protected] to obtain an RMA number. Any product returned without a RMA number will be refused. The defective product must be shipped prepaid at the expense of the sender.
